Favorite Day Rip moments

"Can’t pick one… going off path and getting closer to the waterfalls, the ease of the trails (it can be uncomfortable to hike with heavy layers but this was very easy), car ride & group was 10/10, hot chocolate by the waterfall!"

How a Day Rip works

1. Choose your Day Rip

Pick your adventure — waterfalls, river trials, cliffside hikes — designed with intention and small-group energy.

2. Reserve your spot

Book and pay online to secure your place. Spots are limited to keep the experience persona and connected.

3. Get the details

Complete a quick digital waiver and receive a full breakdown of what to bring, where to meet, and what to expect.

4. Show up ready

Meet us at the meet-up spot in Toronto and we take it from there — transportation, pacing, and guidance all handled.

Good to know

Do I need to be super fit to join?

Not at all. Most Day Rips are designed for people with a moderate level of fitness. If a specific event requires a higher level of endurance, it will be clearly stated in the event description.

If you’re unsure whether a trip is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking.

What's included in a Day Rip?

Round-trip transportation from Toronto, guided hiking or activity, structured pacing, and a small-group experience. Some trips include optional breathwork or cold exposure.

Rip-specific details are available on each Day Rip experience page.

What happens after I book?

Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

That email includes your waiver link. Please complete the waiver as soon as possible to secure your spot.

A few days before the event, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group using the phone number provided at checkout. All final details, reminders, and updates will be shared there.

Can I book a private Day Rip for my group?

Yes — we offer private Day Rips for groups looking for a more personalized experience.

Whether it’s a birthday, team outing, or just a day out with friends, we can organize a custom Rip for your group.

Reach out through our Contact page or message us directly on Whatsapp and we'll take it from there.
